One of my ideas from a few months back was to create a fan club “portal” of sorts that would be able to have a fanclub set up for new and popular celebrities and public eye persons. The most important aspect for me was to keep the set up and maintenance as simple as possible and only need a few hours work at most, including the time it takes to populate with some content and create any custom images.
