As you have all come to know by now I make a point of being quite detailed about everything I do in order to earn money online, I mean that is the point of a ‘Diary’ right?

I have decided that it is time to take things a little further than the norm and actually take you step-by-step through a brand new project that was started literally a few hours ago.

Although I have had the idea for a property rental web site for a number of years, I have taken a lot of time putting thought into what will make it different, set it apart from the rest, and indeed allow it to succeed. You probably are quite aware already that there are hundreds, actually thousands of property rental sites on the Internet already, though few are of “high quality”, whatever that actually is these days.

I will not be alone on this project however as Alex (aka DotComDosh) is joining me with his programming skills and his pure ‘drive’ for succeeding with projects. Both of us are full of energy and excitement and it will be interesting to see how this translates over to the project.

The aim will be to get the basics up and running, followed by testing the user base / business potential. If all goes well and things start to take off, we will be drawing contracts up and forming an Ltd company to be sure neither of us miss out on the fruits of our labour.

So where does this leave you? Well, you get to sit with us through this entire project and follow it step by step. A few items may be hidden until complete as they will be the things that make the ‘difference’ and set us apart. We would be fools to tell others some of the great ideas we have before they are completed, then again, we may be the only people who can really implement them in the right way using the right resources.

You will be able to follow the key stages of the project right here on Brighton Vibes, and over in the BV forums, however the detailed stuff will be posted in a soon to be launched blog based over at the project site. We will let any interested folks request a username and password to get into the site and actually see it’s progress, but we will not let the search engines / general public in until the project is complete as it could be seen that the site is ‘broken’ rather than ‘in progress’.

We are still finalising the name of the service, but will let you know the choice very shortly, at which point a link to the detailed project blog will be posted so that you can really follow things along.

So what is the benefit of this? Well it will give you a chance to see how others go about a project. It will keep you motivated. It will show you how a little time and enthusiasm can get you success in any market, regardless of how crowded it is. Success and drive are the 2 factors you MUST have for any online money making system / project / idea. In a similar fashion to being a sales person, you must have the drive to make the money, if you don’t have that then you may as well switch your computer off now.

As the project progresses we will be allowing comments on the blog and in the forums, this means that we will welcome and embrace all feedback from you, and hopefully look to incorporate ideas and suggestions into the project.

We will be producing this site and going ahead with this project regardless of if we blog about it or not. However, we felt you may all like to follow the progress and get something out of it as well.
