So where do things go from here? Over the past months I have kept this diary for all of you so that you can follow how I make money online. Indeed the last few weeks have been quiet here due to holiday and personal issues outside of the online world, however things are now back on track!

The next step is to start delving into creating and selling my own product. I have had a few ideas in recent weeks, from simple ebooks to full coded applications. I figure the best way to do this is use a “rent a coder” or “rent a writer” to create anything I need, then sell it. This takes a lot of the work away from me and gives me something to sell or give away free.

Regulars will know I have also been trying to run an online store via waterutopia.com. This has been going well, I have had a few orders and am getting some pretty good ranking positions for the site. A few thousand visitors this month too! However most of the traffic is coming from the US but I only ship to the UK because of costs. This is a problem, if only I could find a drop shipper of these products in the US then I would be making a mint.

Other ideas through my mind included setting up a drop shipping company for others to use in the UK. One that stocks the products people want, also trades in the “real world” like a cash and carry, and generally does things slicker than the current offerings. There is still a big market for this, however it would take quite a large cash investment and the chance that lots of stock would be left over.

This brings me to a new service that Alex and I are developing, something very exciting, done better than anyone else, and will almost limitless possibilities. The adoption of the service would be high and also very viral in terms of people spreading the word, which is the best form of marketing.

Once things get to a beta stage I will let you all know via this site and the forums as I am sure Alex will also do. We will be running an affiliate program and some extras that you may all be interested in, especially as early adopters.

I know that one of my main rules is to share every idea, but this one is a special one. Don’t worry though, you will know about it very very shortly as the development of this system is coming along quickly. I probably could tell you as anyone could copy the idea, but to have the same brand idea we have created would be a difficult task.
