Google Spreadsheet

Auto Date Tuesday, June 6th, 2006

spreadsheets.gifYeah I know, not strictly SEO stuff but it is yet another service (groan) from Google. They are becoming too diluted and continue to let their search engine fall behind. I use MSN more than Google now! But that’s my opinion. Some info on the product:

Create basic spreadsheets from scratch.
You can start from scratch and do all the basics, including changing the number format, sorting by columns, and adding formulas.

Upload your spreadsheet files.
Upload spreadsheets or worksheets from CSV or XLS format - all your formulas and formatting will come across intact.

Familiar desktop feel makes editing a breeze.
Just click the toolbar buttons to bold, underline, change the font, change the cell background color and more.

Have a look at Google Spreadsheet and see what you think.

Free Blog Stats System

Auto Date Thursday, April 27th, 2006

bloglogMost of us will use a stats package already. We are used to seeing where the users came from, what search terms they used, other websites that link to us etc. But many of us don’t actually track where the user runs off to when they are done abusing our websites.

I have just recently started using MyBlogLog, a new blog stats recording service that allows you to collect lots of great traffic information about the people coming in, and indeed leaving your blog / website. Read the rest of this entry »

Step by Step Adsense Videos

Auto Date Wednesday, April 26th, 2006

stepI started promoting this almost a year ago but figured you may all be interested. I found a set of adsense videos that are available on CD. However they do offer some of them for free online. Well worth checking out, I own a copy and I must say they helped greatly. Especially with some of the “tips” that you normall don’t get.

Additionally, being able to see everything step by step rather than reading pages of text not only went to help make things clear, but it gave me so many new ideas and a new streak of motivation. In fact, im going to watch them again tonight.

Don’t forget you can discuss this in the forums

Up until now I have been happy to share my knowledge and advice, but I have NEVER, I repeat, NEVER actually told anyone in forums, or verbally, about one particular product I have used for going on 6 years now. Read the rest of this entry »
